anyone see this?
watched china put on a wonderfull display, fireworks, state of the art technology, well rehearsed routines, it was really good.
near the end of the ceremony the olympic flag got handed over to britian (to the major of london) lol
and britian got to do a piece of the ceremony to show the world what they could expect when we host it in 2012.
we came out on a double decker bus with david beckham inside, wtf

I half watched it for a few hours while getting tattoo'd, cant say it was anywhere ear as spectactular as the opening ceremony.
If Britain have got any sense, they wont try and top what China did, but instead go for a completely different style.....

Will be very interested to see what the Brits can come up with in 2012 for their ceremonies. The thing is that I think a lot of the world is accustomed to seeing the British culture. It's surely gotta be better than the Sydney opening ceremony!
