| Just a small idea for the future.
We have seen that sides have made an impact on how a team plays and how a squad is dealt with nowadays (and ultimately, the value of a player on occasions).
What I propose is in the future, that players who only have one side are permitted to train a second side at an additional cost (could be primary ab's, could be monetary). I wouldn't advocate the ability to train a third side and be proficient in all three but if such a thing were permitted, I'd suggest a very high cost of either ab's or money).
Obviously, this would change things quite a bit and it might be better to keep things as they are now. But its just something I thought of.

| Its a thought that has crossed my mind before, though how to make it work is a hard question.
If John/Steaua was to train Walcott so he could play RL insrtead of L, his worth has just increased massively!
Maybe, we could incorporate this into the coaching, with only a certain level of coach (5 or 6) able to do this, AND you would have to pay extra cash?
ideas please! | |

ideas please! I would consider a just penalty being that the guy loses a full skill point in his primary stat, maybe even two full skill points. Extra cash penalty (something in the region of $5m) could also be in order. And if you were to allow a third side to be trained, you'd have to make the penalty bigger, especially the cash penalty. It would be an extreme cost that has the potential to plug a potential hole in one's squad and increase his value in the transfer market so it may well be worth it. It just might be worth making sure not everyone can end up with two or three sides. Maybe restrict this kind of training to one or two players per season?

| its have to be one per season.
I think your right, its have to come at some cost, turning a right winger into a right or left winger is almost like signing another player.
definately worth including in the coaching plans though i think

| Quite like the idea of introuding this at maybe the cost of a skill point. | |
